No birth details needed, so this also suits you if you don't know your birth time. If you know Western astrology, a Thai chart will look familiar, but the signs may not match. The two systems measure the zodiac from different starting points.
Today the two starting points are about 23°50′ apart. So the same birth date can give you a different sign, and especially a different ascendant, in each system. Neither one is wrong. They begin from different places. A Thai chart also includes Rahu and Ketu, and does not use Neptune or Pluto.
In a chart reading, we cast both and show them side by side. Where the two agree, we point it out. Where they differ, we say so and do not pick one for you. Every chart reading includes a short note explaining this difference.

Our prices are set and charged in Thai baht (THB). The USD amount on the site is an estimate to help you compare. The amount charged is the baht price. Your bank or card issuer converts it at its own rate and may add a foreign transaction fee. We cannot see or change those charges, so the exact figure on your statement may differ from the USD estimate.
By email, as a PDF. The time depends on the reading and is shown on each card: within 24 hours for tarot questions, 3 days for Focus readings, 5 days for birth chart readings, Compatibility and Business Partnership readings, and 7 days for the combined Compatibility + Business Partnership reading. The count starts when your payment is confirmed and we have the details we need. After you pay, the confirmation page shows the date we expect to send it. If it hasn't arrived by then, check your spam folder, then write to horaahouse@gmail.com with your order number.
Tarot questions never need birth details, so those are always open to you. For readings based on a birth chart, tick "I don't know my birth time" on the form and send the order. Before we start, we email you to explain what can and cannot be read without it. The ascendant, and the parts of a reading that depend on it, need a birth time. You can then go ahead, switch to a tarot reading, or ask for a refund as set out in our Refund Policy. If you know it roughly, enter the time you think is closest in the birth time box instead.
No. We work it out from your birth city and country. Just enter the time as shown on the local clock where you were born, as it appears on your birth certificate if you have one. Please don't convert it to UTC or to your current time zone.
English. Where a Thai term has no good English equivalent, we keep the Thai word and explain it where it appears.
No. A reading describes tendencies and timing that show in your chart or your cards, to help you weigh a decision. It does not fix what will happen, and what you do with it is up to you. Tarot describes the situation as it stands when the cards are drawn, so it is most useful for about 1 to 3 months. The parts based on your birth chart stay valid for the period the reading covers.
We use your name, email, birth details and questions to prepare your reading and to contact you about your order. We do not publish them, and we do not use your reading as an example without asking you first. Birth details from orders that are never paid are deleted after 3 days. Birth details from paid orders are deleted 30 days after we deliver your reading. The full policy is on our Privacy page.
Yes, in some cases. In short: you can cancel within 2 hours of placing your order, and we refund the amount you paid minus the 3.25% card processing fee. After that, we have started work on your reading, so we do not refund, because the reading is made for you personally. If we make a mistake, such as details in the reading that don't match what you sent or content missing from the reading you ordered, we correct it at no charge. Full terms are in our Refund Policy.
